By accessing or using the Recipe Genius mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
Recipe Genius offers two main tiers of service:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Recipe Genius uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes and analyze nutrition data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content can occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. Always use your own judgment when cooking, handling food, and following nutritional advice. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of the recipes and photos you upload to the service. By importing or creating content, you grant Recipe Genius a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and sync this content for your personal use across your devices.
The Recipe Genius brand, logo, app design, and proprietary code are the intellectual property of Recipe Genius. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our explicit permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipe Genius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service itself.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recipe Genius operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
